Jungle Island is more than a zoo, more than a nature walk, and more than a fad tourist attraction. It is the preservation of rare and exotic birds and other animals in a replication of their natural habitat. Another show that deserves mentioning is the “Tale of the Tiger.” Witness four colors of tigers impress the audience with their simultaneously ferocious and gentle nature. Other big cats besides tigers grace the stage with their presence as well. Among these are spotted leopards, black panthers, and cougars. Of course, Jungle Island does not leave out the small cats. At the end of each show, guests can have up close pictures taken with the cubs for a small donation fee to T.I.G.E.R.S., The Institute of Greatly Endangered and Rare Species.
Jungle Island offers nearly a dozen more events and exhibits that are all equally magical and completely unforgettable, many of which allow guests to experience up close and personal contact with the creatures that call Jungle Island home.
A day trip with the family is always a guarantee for fun. Jungle Island offers many options. Kids can enroll in day camp over the summer and spring breaks to have loads of fun without even realizing that they are vastly expanding their knowledge about the environment.
Jungle Island welcomes groups for all occasions and accommodates to their individual needs. Nearly any social event can come alive with Jungle Island. Birthday parties for all ages are held at Jungle Island; no one ever outgrows the wonders of the earth. Otherwise drab corporate events are awakened when taken out of the concrete jungle. And some might even say that family reunions often seem appropriate at Jungle Island amidst the monkeys and crocodiles.

There is a serene and romantic beach available with Jungle Island, but Lovers’ Perch nestled in the Treetop Ballroom cannot be matched in terms of romance or individuality.
