72 hour advance reservations are required. There is a 50% cancellation charge for less than 24 hours notice / Suggested: comfortable outdoor clothing, which includes sturdy hiking or tennis shoes, hats, sunglasses and sunscreen. Also remember to bring bottled water, camera and film / The lighting and wildlife are different at each hour. Mornings are the coolest time of day and the evening tours offer spectacular sunset opportunities / The Jeeps do carry water; however, it is only accessible when the Jeeps are stopped. It is recommend bringing bottled water, which can be purchased at the Pink Jeep Store / Hotel pick-ups in the Sedona area are offered at no additional charge. Call the Customer Service number on your eTicket to help coordinate a pick-up / The tours operate rain or shine. Arizona has a lot of micro climates so most rainfall is short-lived. The rainfall offers a chance for rainbows and waterfalls providing spectacular photo opportunities. There are rain ponchos on the Jeeps. If the weather conditions are severe causing the trails to be unsafe, you can switch your tour, reschedule, or receive a refund / Food or glass containers are not allowed on the Jeeps / The Jeeps hold up to 9 passengers / Jeep tours for pregnant women are not recommended
