Reservations are required 72 hours in advance of desired tour + Cancellation policy: Reservations must be canceled 24-HOURS prior to tour date in order to receive a refund + Tour size minimum: 2 (two) passengers + It is customary to tip your guide a usual gratuity of 15% + Ice water is provided on all tours; food and glass containers are not allowed + Wear comfortable outdoor clothing and shoes or boots, as you will have opportunities to hike and walk + Don't forget your camera and extra film + They suggest contact lenses be replaced with glasses + Tours are not recommended for pregnant women or people with chronic back or neck problems, nor anyone with a serious injury.
