Booth Location: The New Orleans Creole Queen ticket booth is located at the RiverWalk Canal Street Dock, #1 Poydras, New Orleans, LA 70130.

Nearest Intersection: Port of New Orleans Pl. and Poydras St.

Age Requirements: Child Ticket: 6-12 years old. Ages: 5 and under are free.

Notes: Cruise times may be altered or canceled due to weather and safety concerns. Please call customer service to verify time 1 day in advance of cruise. Reservations required at least 2 days before desired cruise date. Any cancellation requires 24 hours notice. You may pick up your tickets anytime before the cruise time. If, under special circumstances, the boat does not sail the cruise will be held dockside. Vessel is wheelchair accessible. For evening cruises, appropriate attire is casual to dressy. Specific seating on the deck cannot be guaranteed. All interior areas of the boat are non-smoking. Passengers who enjoy smoking may do so on the outdoor observation decks.
