adventure.
Sometimes...those windless summer days in the Keys are not just
hot...they're darn hot. Traditional daytime anchor fishing though at times
productive, can be downright excruciating due to the intense summer sun.
It comes as no surprise then, that many knowledgeable anglers shift over
to night fishing at certain times of year. The advantages are many...with
the most obvious one being comfort. Just think of it...no grueling heat to
contend with, no gooey sunscreens or fogged sunglasses... you won't even
need them!
Another advantage is that the fish are a lot more angler friendly. Those
same fish that acted so tentative during the daylight hours become
downright tenacious after the sun goes down.
Our experienced Mates will help you in every phase of your trip. They will
even bait your hook! The Gulf Stream III gets the fish you are proud to
have your picture taken with and also put on your table! Fish cleaning is
available for $.50 per fish.

Definition of a Party Boat:
This is a fun and inexpensive way to enjoy fishing the Keys. Also known as
drift-fishing, you go out to the reef area on a large vessel with as few
as 20 or as many as 100 people. Once there you will target snappers,
groupers, grunts, jacks and whatever is running that day/night.
All equipment is provided and you have access to modern restrooms and a
well-stocked snack and beverage bar. The galley is air-conditioned and
comfortable.
The friendly mates will supply you with the appropriate bait and, if you
are lucky, will fillet and bag your catch to take home. You are welcome to
bring your own coolers. |
