Operating Times: Tour operates 7 days per week @ 9:00 am.
Please arrive at least 15 min before tour departure time.
Limited schedule in Nov through Jan. Closed Christmas and New's Year Day.

Booth Location: At the front entrance of the Ferry Building, 1 The Embarcadero, San Francisco, CA 94111.

Nearest Intersection: Embarcardero and Market Street

Parking: 50 Broadway ($10 on weekends, $15 on weekdays)

Age Requirements: Child ticket: 12 years old and under

Notes: Reservations are required. Lunch or dinner is not included in the tour price. Currently, the shuttles are not wheel chair accessible. However smaller fold-up wheel chairs sometimes do fit on the shuttles. If you have a wheel chair, please notify Customer Service (the number will be on your eTicket) so they can give you a free seat next to you to store it. They will be happy to do so. Smaller baby strollers can fit above your seat in the luggage rack above. Some of the larger baby strollers can't fit above - please plan accordingly. There is a no refund policy. Tours start and end at the Ferry Building. .
