Present your eTicket to the Gray Line NY Visitor Center at 777 8th Ave,
New York City, NY 10036. (between 47th & 48th St).

Parking:
There are 3 pay parking garages within a block of the ticket booth location at 777 8th Ave.
Age Requirements:
Passengers must be at least 3 years old to ride the AquaBus.
Child Ticket - 3-11 years old.
Notes:
Reservations are required at least 48 hours in advance. E-Ticket will have information for confirming reservations | Tickets are non-refundable. Unused tickets can be re-booked for a future NYC Ducks Tour, or are transferable, or may be used toward the purchase of another Gray Line New York Sightseeing product for a period of one year from date of purchase | NYC Ducks Tours reserves the right to alter and/or cancel operations, schedules and prices without notice | Customers requiring assistance must contact Customer Service no later than 48 hours prior to departure | There are no restrooms aboard the AquaBus, customers should plan accordingly before taking their tour | Food and beverages are not permitted aboard the AquaBus | Customers seated in the first few rows could be sprayed by the water.
