Overview:

Manhattan reveals itself to New York CityPass visitors with art, the romance of the Empire State Building, a boat cruise, science, flight, ships and ancient treasures.

New York CityPass will be Valid All Winter. New York CityPass is normally valid for nine days from date of first use, but if you activate your CityPass on or after December 15, 2009. you will have until February 28, 2010 to enjoy each of the world class attractions. It's the 'A' list of Manhattan attractions.

Museum of Modern Art (MoMA)
MoMA's collection includes Vincent van Gogh's The Starry Night, and Pablo Picasso's Les Demoiselles d'Avignon, along with more recent works by the greatest artists of our time. The museum also maintains an active schedule of exhibitions. Ticket valid for general admission. Special Exhibit showings may require an additional fee.

Guggenheim Museum
Frank Lloyd Wright's masterpiece of modern architecture is home to one of the world's finest collections of 20th century art. Operating Times: Operating times vary from attraction to attraction. All attractions are closed Christmas Day. Check your CityPass ticket book for each attraction's operating times and for other holiday closures.

Booth Location: Exchange your eticket at ANY ONE OF THE ABOVE LISTED ATTRACTIONS to receive your CityPass booklet.

Age Requirements: Child Ticket: 13-17 years. See Product Notes for children under 13.

Notes: Once your adventure begins, simply present your CityPass upon entering each attraction. The AGENT will remove that attraction's ticket, and you're in. Tickets are VOID if removed from the booklet. The CityPass provides one admission to each attraction per person. See your booklet for more information. * Your CityPass usage has been extended from 9 days , now valid through February 28, 2010.

What about kids younger than 13?
New York CityPass youth booklets are priced for ages 13-17. Though children under age 13 are often eligible for free or discounted attraction admission, you will have to stand in line with them and wait to secure a child's ticket. You may save money, but you will spend time.

The advantage of having a CityPass in hand for a child younger than 13 is that you will all be able to bypass main entrance lines at very popular, world-famous attractions. You will avoid delays and the in-line impatience that detracts from both adult and kids vacation experience. Please review these price comparisons to help you decide what is best for your family:

Circle Line Cruise and Statue of Liberty are an Option Ticket in your CityPass booklet. You'll choose one or the other. A Pedestal/Museum Access Pass which is required to enter the Statue of Liberty pedestal ? is not included in CityPass admission. Pedestal/Museum Access is free and available at all Statue Cruises ticket windows, including the Prepaid ticket window, on a first come-first served basis, to a limited number of early birds each day.

The Statue of Liberty crown recently reopened to determined stair climbers. Crown tickets are available by advance reservations to 30 people per day. Tickets may be requested up to one year in advance of your scheduled visit. Demand is fierce for these coveted reservations, and there is no guarantee that you will be a lucky climber.
