Booth Location: The guide will meet you at the front lobby door of your hotel. All the vans are brand new white Fords with multi color designs and are clearly marked "Open Road Tours" on the door.
Age Requirements: Child Ticket: 11 years and under.
Notes: Reservations are required at least 72 hours in advance of desired tour date | Exact hotel pick up times are confirmed by phone the evening prior to departure | Tour picks up at most hotels in Phoenix/Scottsdale area | Guests should contact Customer Service with local phone or hotel info at least 24 hours in advance of tour so the nearest departure point can be assigned. If you are aware of the contact info or hotel, please provide it at the time of booking | Meals and gratuities not included |
Tours go rain or shine | Tours canceled less than 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee. No shows are charged full fare. (Exceptions may be made for emergencies if canceled by 4:00 PM the previous day). When we are sold out, we often take people on a standby list. Please cancel directly with our office- NOT the hotel front desk or concierge. Phoenix Valley Highlights afternoon tour guests will be notified between 10:30 - 11:00 AM on the day of the tour | If you have a wheelchair or other necessary equipment, please notify at the time of booking so arrangements can be made We have a cooler on board in which small items such as medication or snacks may be refrigerated for your convenience. Anything you bring should be able to fit under your seat for the comfort and safety of everyone on board | tours go rain or shine.
