TOUR DETAILS:
Segway Day Tour of Washington DC

Operating Times:
March 15th - November 30th: Daily. 10:00 am and 2:00 pm Please arrive 30 minutes prior to tour departure. Closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

December 1st - March 15th tours will be conducted at 10:00 am only due to temperature concerns. They will resume full time in March, weather permitting. Call Customer Service (phone number will be on eTicket) to check availability.

Duration: 3 hours

Booth Location:
624 9th Street NW, Washington DC.
If traveling by metro, booth location is directly across the street from the 9th & G Street exit of the Gallery Place Metro Stop.

Nearest Intersection:
9th & G Street

Parking:
The Metro or a Parking Garage will be your best option because street parking is only good for 1 hour or 2 hours at a time and this is strictly enforced. If you want to use a parking garage in this area, they typically charge $7 - $9 per hour.

Age Requirements:
All riders must be at least 16 years old to participate.

Notes:
The tours go out rain or shine. Cancellation Policy: 72 hours prior to tour. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Riders will practice on the Segways until everyone feels comfortable and is ready to conquer the city. Pregnant women and any participant suspected of being under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted to ride. Participants younger than 18 must be accompanied by an adult who is 18 years or older (to sign liability and damage waivers). Each party must also complete a damage waiver that includes a deposit of US$500 on a credit card. This charge is immediately cancelled at the end of the tour.
