John
D. Rockefeller, Jr. first opened the Observation Deck atop 30
Rockefeller Plaza more than 70 years ago, to give something back to
New Yorkers and their guests from around the world - a place to
appreciate and celebrate the city. Now, for the first time in 20
years, this breathtaking vantage point is being re-introduced to the
people of New York and the world.

Top
of the Rock offers breathtaking 360 degree panoramic views of NYC from the
newly renovated, 3 tiered observation deck, located on the 67th, 69th, &
70th floors of 30 Rockefeller Plaza, atop world-famous Rockefeller Center.
Upon entering, visitors are greeted by the elegant, 14,000 piece Swarovski
crystal chandelier, Joie. The exhibit hall on our mezzanine features a
retrospective on the history of Rockefeller Center, including a thrilling
'beam walk' and state-of-the-art theater. Our glass-topped Sky Shuttle
elevators are a part of the Top of the Rock experience, not merely a means
to get to the Observation Deck. In 50 seconds, we'll whisk you to the Top
in style.
On the Observation Deck itself you will find the best skyline views
Manhattan has to offer. By day you can see Central Park to the North, and
the Statue of Liberty to the South. At night, be mesmerized by the lights
of the 'city that never sleeps'.
