Located between Jacksonville and historic St. Augustine off Interstate 95, the Hall has something for everyone who loves the game. Supported by all of the world's leading golf organizations, the Hall of Fame honors its 126 members through displays of historic artifacts and personal memorabilia and hands-on exhibits which tell their stories and the history of the game.
When you visit the World Golf Hall of Fame, you will never know what you will see around the next corner. Have your picture taken atop the famous Swilcan Burn Bridge at The Old Course at St. Andrews. Wander among golf's most important trophies. See what it's like to putt on an old-time putting green with a hickory club. Get up close and personal with some of the most prized possessions of many of the Hall's members in the Member Locker Room, which contains over 2,000 items.
The World Golf Hall of Fame's 2009 feature exhibit is, Bob Hope: Shanks for the Memory. The exhibit features rich storytelling, vintage photography, rare video, alongside 400 artifacts and hundreds of photos (the largest collection of Hope memorabilia ever placed on public display) that represent Hope's broad range of talents from vaudeville to entertaining troops and naturally, his passion for the game of golf.
