Dry Tortugas National Park
Almost 70 miles, 112.9 km, west of Key West, Florida lies a cluster of islands named the Dry Tortugas. These islands, along with surrounding coral reefs and waters, make up the Dry Tortugas National Park. Snorkeling, kayaking, camping, legends of pirates and sunken gold have drawn visitors to this national park from all over the world.

The Yankee Freedom II is a high speed, state-of-the-art catamaran recognized world wide for safety, performance and passenger comfort.

Features include:
Large, fully air conditioned main cabin, comfortable cushioned seats, three large restrooms, fresh water rinse showers, VCR and color television and a full galley serving snacks, soft drinks, beer, wine, frozen and mixed drinks, film, and souvenirs.

Day Trips to the Dry Tortugas
The Yankee Freedom II departs from Key West Seaport promptly at 8am (7:15 day trip check-in - 6:30 camper check-in) Upon boarding at 7:30 you will enjoy a continental breakfast of fresh fruit, freshly baked bagels, hard-boiled eggs, ham, cereal, orange juice and coffee.

En route to Dry Tortugas National Park our onboard tour guide will give you an orientation about the area and the national park's surroundings. You can travel inside the main cabin in air-conditioned comfort or outside on one of the observation decks watching for sea turtles and dolphins.

Upon arriving at Dry Tortugas National Park, passengers will disembark at Fort Jefferson and have the option of joining a 45-minute guided tour. Following the tour, you will enjoy a complimentary buffet of fresh deli meats and cheeses (we also have peanut butter and jelly for the little ones), potato or pasta salad, chips, cookies and soft drinks included.

The Yankee Freedom II will take you to Dry Tortugas National Park and back again at a cruising speeds up to 30 m.p.h. with safety and comfort. This is an amazing, unforgettable experience for the whole family.
