Contrary to popular belief, NYC is a great place to ride. There are about 25 miles of off-street trails around Manhattan along the Hudson River Greenway. In addition to riding along the trail, bridges, and the city streets, you can take bikes on the ferries that go to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. See some of New York's most famous landmarks.
With the new Day Pass you can bike in Central Park, bike over to the Hudson, drop off your bike at Pier 84. Hop on the water taxi to Battery Park and pick up another bike to continue on your journey. They have 5 locations that can be used throughout the city for pick ups: Pier 84, Central Park, Battery Park, Riverside Park and Governor's Island.
