Unused eTicket Refund
It's important to note that all eTickets purchased from Trusted Tours & Attractionssm are good for 6 months from the date of purchase (excluding time sensitive operations). If you have purchased tickets and were simply unable to use them, you can keep your tickets and use them on a future visit, or give them as gifts (and you'll also avoid any price increases). For refunds on unused eTickets purchased and printed from this site, please click on the link below and fill out the refund request form.
Satisfaction Based Refund
If you used your eTicket and were not satisfied with the tour or attraction, we will work with you and the tour or attaction supplier to refund your money (please see refund exceptions below).
A refund is sent as a check by mail to the individual who purchased the eTicket.
- If you recieved an eTicket only, please click on the link below and fill out the refund request form.

Reservation Based Tours/Attractions
Due to limited seating reservation policies, some reservation based Tours and Attractionscannot fall under the Trusted Tours and Attractionssm Guarantee program. However, in the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase we will work with you and the product supplier to determine if a fair solution can be met.
Packages contain multiple products, each with a different discount calculation. Therefore, packages and combination tickets are excluded from the Trusted Tours & Attractionssm guarantee. However, in the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will work with you and the product supplier to determine if a fair solution can be met.
Once tickets purchased through Trusted Tours & Attractionssm have expired, no refunds will be given on unused tickets.
Refund Request Form
Customers requesting a refund for an eTicket purchased through our Website are required to complete our eTicket Request Form. Customers will need to provide the following information from their eTicket or invoice: Ticket User First Name, Ticket User Last Name and the
entire 3 part eTicket Order ID (i.e. 100-123456-1).
