Cruises depart Wednesday through Monday @ 7:00pm. (Closed on Tuesdays). May 22- Sept 6: Cruises daily @ 7:00pm.
Re-opening March 18, 2021. Closed Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
Closes for the Winter: January through Mid March.
Reservation Notes:
Reservations are NOT needed or accepted. Tickets can be used on any operating day within 6 months of the purchase date.
Booth Location:
Pier 83, West 42nd St and 12th Ave, New York, NY 10036.
Please arrive with printed eTicket and bring it to the ticket window at least 1/2 hour in advance of sailing time to exchange for a boarding pass.

Parking:
Parking is available on Pier 83. Mon through Fri $30 before 3pm, $35 thereafter. $35 all day on Sat and Sun.

+ Currently no on-board food and beverage service.
+ Free Wi-Fi to guests available on the cruise.
+ Boarding begins a half hour before departure time. Please arrive 45 minutes
before departure to allow yourself enough time to obtain boarding passes from the box
office and to find seating on the cruise.
COVID Safety Procedures: Every NYCL employee will be required to wear a face covering and, for those who work directly with customers, gloves + Every customer will be required to wear a face covering while boarding and disembarking a boat, and strongly requested to wear them at all times + Ticket collection by our employees will be contactless wherever possible---paper tickets will be dropped in a secure container. We are also encouraging all passengers and partners to utilize mobile devices for ticketing + To facilitate social distancing, seating on our boats will be controlled and limited to 50 percent of capacity. Customers will be encouraged to sit and stand in clearly marked locations. Guests will be socially distanced while waiting on lines + Commonly touched areas including ticket machines, rails and handles on boats will be frequently sanitized throughout the day + Every active vessel will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every cruise + Hand sanitizers will be available at key locations + All passengers will be required to submit an email or mobile phone number solely for the purpose of contact tracing.
