Just steps from the National Mall, Museum of the Bible is an educational institution whose purpose is to invite all people to engage with the history, impact and narrative of the Bible. Its seven floors of rare artifacts and state-of-the-art interactive experiences is located just three blocks from the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C. Showcasing artifacts spanning 4,000 years of history, the museum offers visitors an immersive and personalized experience with the Bible and a look at the impact this book has had on the world.

Admission includes unlimited access to seven floors of exhibitions and interactive displays, including: a 12-minute film immersing viewers in the remarkable story of how the followers of Jesus grew into a thriving community and a 30 minute "Hebrew Bible" experience, where viewers encounter significant narratives, including the stories of Noah's ark, the burning bush, and Passover!

Museum of the Bible

Operating Times:

Daily: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.; Closed: Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day. Trusted Tours clients have early access to the museum and can arrive at 9:00am. Christmas Eve: Closes at 4 p.m.
Subject to change seasonally. Excludes evening events or programs supported and approved by Museum of the Bible.

Reservation Notes:

Reservations are NOT needed or accepted. Tickets can be used on any operating day within 6 months of the purchase date. All electronic and paper vouchers must be redeemed and exchanged at the Ticket Counter for a Museum of the Bible ticket upon arrival.
