  • Outside decks for optimum viewing
Explore the treasures of the world's oceans without getting wet. View galleries containing coral reef from the Caribbean, Australia and the tropical Pacific. Discover thousands of interesting and colorful marine creatures, such as the poisonous stonefish and the diminutive blue penguin. Learn how the aquarium collects these dazzling animals for display, watch as harbor seals and trainers interact and introduce yourself to Myrtle, the green sea turtle and queen of the oceanarium.

Boston Harbor Cruises presents the city's only three-hour whale-watching excursion. Climb aboard our high-speed catamarans for one of the fastest ways to reach the Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary, a rich feeding ground for a variety of marine life such as dolphins, whales and sea birds. Quicker travel means more time viewing these remarkable animals up-close. Naturalists trained by the New England Aquarium, the region's foremost authority on whales, accompany each tour and provide interesting insight as well as an awesome educational experience.

The catamaran has three outdoor viewing decks for optimum viewing, an enclosed climate-controlled cabin space with tables, cushioned seating and a state-of-the-art audio-visual system. Guests can purchase snacks and drinks from the galley.
