If you are dissatisfied with any tour or attraction purchased from our site, please contact our Customer Service Center and we work directly with all parties involved to refund your money*.


Making a Lowest Price Guarantee claim is easy!
If you find a lower online ticket price (including all taxes, booking fees, etc.) on any other Website for the same tour, attraction or museum offered on the same date and in the same currency within 2 days (48 hours) of your purchase on trustedtours.com, simply send us a copy or screen shot of the full webpage showing the lower rate. We'll refund the price difference plus, for a limited time, an additional 5% of the lower online price.

To request a Low Price Guarantee refund, send an email to support@trustedtours.com. The e-mail must contain your name, phone number, home address and the Trusted Tours & Attractions eTicket number as well as proof of the lower price. Examples of acceptable forms of verification include a web screenshot or a web address.

Other things you should know about our low-price guarantee, and how to claim your refund:
Trusted Tours & Attractions Lowest Price Guarantee applies to online retail rates, which are offered to the general public. The guarantee does not cover discounts that individuals may be eligible to receive based on their membership in organizations like AARP, AAA or the U.S. military. Educator rebates, special offers provided in conjunction with corporate events, membership participation programs and daily deals, from organizations, such as Living Social and Groupon, are also exempt from the guarantee. The Trusted Tours and Attractions' Lowest Price Guarantee is not applicable to any promotional and/or special discounted rates.

Trusted Tours & Attractions reserves the right to verify details of the lower price and will use the information contained in the e-mail to verify the lower price and to process the refund request. All refund decisions will be made at the sole discretion of Trusted Tours & Attractions. Lowest Price Guarantees refunds will be applied to the charge card used to book the tour or event. Please note that Trusted Tours & Attractions limits the refund to one purchased activity or excursion.

Satisfaction Guarantee Claims
Please note that our Satisfaction Guarantee applies to Tour, Attraction and Museum eTickets purchased from this Website only. In some cases a refund service charge may apply. Please allow 4 to 8 weeks for refund processing. This guarantee does not apply to hotels or lodging of any type.

*Reservation Based Tours/Attractions - Due to limited seating reservation policies, some reservation based Tours and Attractions cannot fall under the Trusted Tours and Attractions Guarantee program. However, in the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase we will work with you and the product supplier to determine if a fair solution can be met.

Discounted Packages - Packages contain multiple products, each with a different discount calculation. Therefore, packages and combination tickets are excluded from the Trusted Tours & Attractions Satisfaction Guarantee. However, in the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will work with you and the product supplier to determine if a fair solution can be met.

Expired Tickets - Once tickets purchased through Trusted Tours & Attractions have expired, refunds will not be available on unused tickets.

Note that all eTickets purchased from Trusted Tours & Attractions are good for 6 months from the date of purchase at the price they were originally purchased at*. If you have purchased tickets and were simply unable to use them, you can keep your tickets and use them on a future visit, or give them as gifts (and you'll also avoid any price increases)
