Meet up with your local guide at Isle Cook Key West, a cooking class facility with a focus on upscale eats made with regional ingredients. Next, travel just around the corner to Garbo's Grill to sink your teeth into tasty tacos made with mahi mahi, jalapeno, and mango.

Continue on to funky Lagerheads Beach Bar for tangy conch ceviche, and then to Bagatelle, a Caribbean-inspired eatery set in a 19th-century Conch-style home.
