Designating lobby entrances and exits—guests will only enter at the south side of 50th Street between 5th and 6th avenues. Conducting temperature screenings for all guests upon entry. Implementing touchless check-in. Minimizing the need for guests to touch surfaces such as doors and elevator buttons. Limiting each elevator cab to no more than four people or a single party.
Enhancing cleaning and disinfecting protocols. Cleaning frequently touched surfaces with increased regularity and rigor. Utilizing antiviral disinfectant cleaners recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and registered with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
